In the stage of development samples and pre-production samples, we will use professional audio testing equipment and software to systematically test the frequency response accuracy of the product to ensure that the parameters of the product meet customer needs. Similarly, in the mass production stage, we will carry out AQL2.5 inspection for parameter testing as well..

In the stage of shell molding or injection molding, we will repeatedly adjust the molds and injection molding samples, to control the processing accuracy of the speaker cabinet within a reasonable range, so as to meet the special needs of the products such as air tightness, water resistance and drop resistance. , thereby improving the overall quality and grade of the products.

    At the same time, we will conduct batch tests on the aging cycle of products, use professional aging test equipment to simulate extreme use environments, and place some trial production in extreme environments for aging cycle tests. The chemical aging cycle of the cabinet, the attenuation cycle of electronic components and the deflagration conditions of the built-in battery are obtained after testing to ensure that the products meet the user's use environment and rigid requirements for performance and safety.
