AUDIO CIRCUIT CAPACITY:

2 SMT production lines, 2 million solder joints/day; DIP production line, 100,000 solder joints/day; 1 post-soldering production line, with a capacity of 2,000 sets/day.

INJECTION MOLDING CAPACITY:

2 injection molding production lines, 3000-8000 units/day; 1 surface post-processing line, 5000-8000 units/day.

ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP CAPACITY:

4 assembly production lines, total more than 120 workers, and an average daily output of 5,000-12,000 units. Among them, there are 10 online quality inspectors.

BULK TESTING AND QC CAPACITY:

The factories have independent quality inspection workshops and professional testing equipment, and guarantees that there are no less than 10 QC personnel in the lines all the year round.

PACKING AND WAREHOUSE SCALE: 

There are 2 packaging lines and more than 20 skilled packaging workers, which can accurately deal with various complex foreign trade orders of color separation, style classification, and packaging by country and region.
